BIGShow Frags will guarantee all of our livestock to arrive alive. If, for some reason, an item does not arrive alive, you must contact us via email (info@bigshowfrags), with detailed pictures and video of the item within one hour of the package's arrival. With the case of DOA fish a clear video of the sealed bag is required. The video should show the bag being opened and clearly show the DOA fish still in the bag. Please take clear pictures after the DOA Fish is removed from the bag. If you are not present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, this guarantee becomes void. If, in our opinion, the item is deemed to be deceased or defective, a credit will be applied to your account, to be applied to future livestock purchases. Livestock credits may NOT be used towards the purchase of Drygood items.
IMPORTANT
- If Shipping via Courier you MUST be home to sign for your package on the FIRST delivery attempt. Failed delivery attempt will VOID Live Arrival Guarantee.
- Packages delivered to a Courrier Station and held for pickup MUST be Collected within 4 hours of becoming available for pickup. Pickup after this time period will VOID Live Arrival Guarantee.
- Double check your address! Incorrect delivey address will VOID Live Arrival Guarantee.
- Always accept your package, even if it damaged. Note any issues at the time of delivery/pickup and contact us immediatly. Package refusal for ANY reason will VOID Live Arrival Guarantee.
- Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
- We may ask for you to ship back the deceased DOA
- We are unable to accept DOA Claims for any delays caused by the courier.
