Shipping Methods

We ship throughout Canada and the United States via FedEx Express, UPS Express or WestJet Cargo. All packages are shipped from our location in Toronto, Ontario.

- Livestock Shipments destined for the United States may require additional time to process the required reglatory permits (CITES, F&W etc.) Please Contact us for shiiping rates prior to placing your order.

Our Prefered method for livestock shipping is WestJet Cargo. This is because shipping time is greatly reduced, as well as the package avoids the automated systems used by courier companies, resulting in the saferhandeling of the shipment.

Orders received Monday to Friday before 2pm EST will generally be processed within 24h. Orders received after 2pm EST Monday to Friday will be processed the next business day. You will be contacted via Phone and or Email To arrange the shipment arrival day with you. We do our best to ship all packages as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee order processing times.

For larger orders, addional charges may apply.
Liverock, Fish and large Coral Colonies usually require extra shipping charges.

Shipping Terms

IMPORTANT

  • If Shipping via Courier you MUST be home to sign for your package on the FIRST delivery attempt. Failed delivery attempt will VOID Live Arrival Guarantee. 
  • Packages delivered to a Courrier Station and held for pickup MUST be Collected within 4 hours of becoming available for pickup. Pickup after this time period will VOID Live Arrival Guarantee.
  • Double check your address! Incorrect delivey address will VOID Live Arrival Guarantee.
  • Always accept your package, even if it damaged. Note any issues at the time of delivery/pickup and contact us immediatly. Package refusal for ANY reason will VOID Live Arrival Guarantee.
  • We are unable to accept DOA Claims for any delays caused by the courier.

We ship throughout Canada and the United States via FedEx Ground & Express or Canada Post Standard & Expedited (2-day service). We do not ship to APO, FPO or P.O. Boxes. All packages are shipped from our location in Toronto, Ontario.

Orders received Monday to Friday before 2pm EST will generally be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm EST Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped the next business day. If any items on your order are backordered, out of stock or otherwise unavailable, you will be contacted via email to confirm. We do our best to ship all packages as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee order processing times.

Free Shipping Offer 

We offer free ground shipping on domestic orders over $150.00, before taxes. Free shipping does not apply to oversized or heavy items, including, but not limited to salt buckets, aquariums, PVC pipe, T5 bulbs, or large chemical orders or orders that have been substantially discounted or contain special offers. Free shipping is not available on international orders. 

Oversized or Heavy Items

Some oversized or heavy items, including, but not limited to salt buckets, aquariums, PVC pipe, T5 bulbs or large chemical orders are subject to additional shipping charges. Any additional shipping charges for these items will be added at checkout. 

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent by email along with your invoice as soon as your item has shipped. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for shipping carriers to make tracking information available online. You can also access your tracking information in “Your account” section of our website or in “Order history” section under “My Orders”.

International Orders

We ship to the United States and internationally via FedEx. All customs, brokerage, duties and fees will be charged to the customer by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. Please call for a rate quote if shipping charges are not shown for your country. 

All Returns Require a Completed RMA Form and RMA Number

To obtain an RMA number for your return item please contact customer service via email us at info@bigshowfrags.com. Please keep in mind that we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been used, submersed in water or the retail packaging has been opened.

Used Item Returns 

We do not accept returns on items that are used or with broken seals on the retail packaging. Any items that are returned in this condition will be returned to sender. 

New Item Returns

We will accept returns on any new unopened items within 14 days of purchase. Customers must obtain a RMA number directly from customer service by emailing us at info@bigshowfrags.com. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fee’s but outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Items must be returned in New and Sellable condition. BIGShow Frags will not under any circumstances accept an item that appears to have been used, submerged in water or is in unsellable or damaged condition. 

Return Policy for Item that Shipped Free

Any shipping cost incurred for shipping an item free of charge will be deducted from your total refund amount. If an eligible item for return brings your new order total under the Free Shipping amount, then shipping costs will be calculated for the order and deducted from your refund.

Processing Refunds

We will do our best to process all eligible refunds in 24-48 hours upon receipt of the accepted items. 

Warranty

As the manufacturer often has more technical knowledge of their products and more parts on the shelf, it is usually best to contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding warranties, replacements or parts repair.
